About Newsletter: Throughout the year we’ve been figuring out ways to make our website more user friendly and interactive.  That is when the newsletter idea so to speak was born.  Since the summer of 2009 we’ve been e-mailing our special fans of the website seasonal newsletters. 

What’s in the Newsletter?: If you’re interested in all types of reenacting or would like to know what reenactments and living history events are happening in the Washington D.C, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania area.  You probably would like to receive this newsletter each season.  As the year progresses we hope that the newsletter grows with each season.   We will also feature one battlefield or historic landmark each season we do the newsletter that needs financial support.  Also we will have an article about a particular event or time in history. If you have any other interest please let us know.  It is still being discussed on what will be on the newsletter for each season.

    Great website! I did CW reenacting from 1994-2000. Hope to start again soon. I would consider trying Rev War also since I am going to be a SAR member this year.

    Hosted our first troop of reenactors (LEGIO III) at my sportsmans club, cant wait for the next one.
